Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining room need to painted in that there has been water damage to my apartment . We have now attended to fix the waterproofing on the outside of the building . My insurance requires three quotes so that the inside of my flat can be painted accordingly. Not sure if the sqm is accurate .

It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.
