Which is better, a carport or a garage?
My Brother and my Mom is Staying 6km out side Tzaneen on the Nkowankowa road. My brother was without a job for about two months. He found a new job 15km on the Georges Valley road near to Diggers Rest. He is in need of help to move furniture and belongings from one house to another on the last weekend of the month which will be on Saturday 29 September . Seeing that they are trying to get back on their feet financialy, I said I will see where I can assist. As a single Mom I have my own expenses on a monthly basis, but we have no other option, as not one of us have a bakkie or know someone who will be able to assist us without doing us in. Please we are in need of assistance and don't know who to ask or to call. We think that one large truck and one smaller one will hopefully do the job.
all three bedroom including the bathroom and shower are infested with bedbugs, fleas and lice. We found these insects on a lot of clothing which was burned and destroyed but bedroom no.3 bed is infected with bedbugs as well as his wardrobe and clothing. A lot of cockroaches was observed underneath the 4 plate electrical cooker in the kitchen. A few rats has been observed in the garden and driveway. Please advise as what to do.
I am looking for advise from someone who is familiar with tax laws. I have a rental property that i am currently renting out for Rpm and I am considering to let my in laws stay there but at a much lower cost say Rpm.i want to find out will i still be able to claim the usual deductibles like bond interest, levies, municipal bills etc?

Usually easy to maintain, but in search of reliable assistance whilst physically out of action. General clean up of back garden area. mostly paved with clivia bushes- paved area has been sprayed for weeds- usually takes about 2-3 hours. Trimming of hibiscus bush/ tree, strelitzia and fern situation in the corner of front garden area- especially the hibiscus branching out over the wall into the neighbours driveway. Have been with a layer, had the case running for almost 3years, stopped it with the layers due to no communication or any progress on case, the other party has no layer only legal wise.
