Good day The whole apartment is 86 Sqm. I dont have the exact dimensions but room 1 is 11Sqm, room 2 is 10 Sqm, and the living room 16 Sqm. We only have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living area, 1 kitchen (open plan living area and kitchen), and a small patio outside. We stay on the ground floor. I dont have the other dimensions. Ordinary home cleaning, nothing fancy, TOMORROW IF POSSIBLE. Study, bedroom, both carpeted, make the bed. 2 bathrooms Sitting/dining room. Tiles get wet-mopped. Kitchen - same floor, tiles always messy. Dishwashing. Stove does not need any cleaning. Dusting and so on as usual. Hang laundry, collect when dry and fold. Hi I am busy purchasing a house. In my ‘Offer to Purchase’, one condition is that I want approved Town Council Plans before transfer. I have been emailed a soft copy of the plans. Is there a service where these plans can be checked compared to the house and verify that the plans are in order. It's a standard 3 Bedroom House with en suite in main bedroom, need upgrade. Dining room needs extension to create entertainment area. Bathroom wall to come down, so that en suit become part of the bathroom. Main bedroom to be extended with en suite and walk-in closet. Close garage to create 4th bedroom. On the property is a shed that we want to shift to the corner and the plan also should provide for that. Kitchen needs extension. Lastly we want to build a pool of 5x4. Hope that helps
