+- 50m2 - Durbigum OR Torch-on (ABE). Need a quote for the bill of quantity - hence there is no need to have people contact me. A Bill of Quantity is to establish costing. Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. Draws are paid on progress and not a deposit - that tells me a contractor is not positioned financially - material on site is another matter altogether. See JCB for standard contractual info.
I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. I am in need of a professional that will do a good job. Please feel free to contact me for more info. Thank you
The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. Apologies for my tone but I'm drive texting I won't have time later to do this. But you can send me the qoutes incase I'm unable to answer when you call as my days are usually extreme. Thanks so much for your time.

Please I would like to have a quotation of a building that has a floor and ceiling that is damaged because of an air handling unit that is placed on top of timber floor. The ceiling below that floor is also affected. Please I would like to have the following in the quotation: 1. An investigation on the cause and extend of the water damage on the floor/ceiling. 2. On top of the timber floor there is a torch-on waterproof. What is the rate of the waterproof when it is removed and when it is replaced with new. Thank you. Kind regards,
The basement is humid and is smelling musty, the walls are flaking in one of the rooms. In winter, cold air seeps through into the ground floor because of the wooden flooring and the spacing between the floor boards. I want a cost effective, economical and durable solution like a fibre seal for walls and underflooring.
