This is a new built house . I need designs by the above mentioned things around the house which is in a sloppy place .closer to the wall of the house small paving ,follow by a lawn and then paving that is the back of the house .St the front paving next to the wall,lawn and the flowers after the lawn .
The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly. It does have massive seeds that it drops off, but that is not a difficult thing to pick up. I basically need the lawn to be cut every 2 weeks, and the weeds pulled. There are no flower beds to maintain, it is just the lawn and weeds.
