The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance.
