Good afternoon We are looking for a reliable and experienced contractor to undertake a comprehensive renovation project, which we aim to begin in mid-June. The work will involve the renovation of both an en-suite and a family bathroom, installation of a new kitchen, and the conversion of the existing kitchen and laundry room into a bedroom and home office with bathroom. Additional tasks include exterior painting, window treatments, the construction of a new boundary wall, and various cosmetic and electrical updates throughout the property. Need a quote on 4 and 8 camera's for a freestanding house. I'm working out if it's within my budget to have a system installed. I understand that site visits may be required but atleast if I can have an idea on what it could cost between the 4 and 8 camera systems. Camera's will be around 5 - 10m away from where I need the dvr installed. Please include harddrive price as well but exclude a screen. I will be able to communicate via email faster than a phone call.
I have a full 20.4Kw/h system running 70% of the house and the other battery 5kw/h running 30% of the house. The 70% system is connected parallel through 2X Kinergier Pro 8.0s with associated MPPT’s connected to them. The 30% system is connected thru a Riio Sun inverter connected straight to the battery without the MPPT. Therefore in total there is 5 x Lithium Ion Batteries connected to 3 x Inverters supplied via 26 or so Solar Panels.

Adding a closed braai room to side of house with affordable building blocks and building braai itself with red 14 mpa bricks, demolish of existing outside stoep braai to make space, adding all items as per attached building plan, own electrical will be done, taps, tiles and bricks supplied by ourselves, stackable doors.
Our kitchen has 2 sinks, both are not in good condition. We will need at least: - sinks must be siliconed to counter -leaks under sinks must be found and fixed -filtration system must be replaced with the bigger one we have (currently a very small one is installed) -additional work that the plummer deems nessesary is welcome but needs to be communicated and approved first (very welcome to recommend improvements)

It's going to be a 9 meter by 6 meter house, bathroom with shower and toilet and basin together in about 3 meter by 3 meter, a hall that's split the bathroom and one bedroom approximately 4 meter by 5 meter then open plan non tiled sort of open plan kitchen with for a washing machine and gas stove and small lounge
The size of the land is square meters. I want to build a double storey house, with a garage that can accommodate at least 2 cars, on the ground floor. The kitchen, lounge, main bathroom, a study room, and at least one bedroom to be located on the ground floor. All to have generous space. On the upper floor there will be a main bedroom with a bathroom and balcony, additional guest bedroom/s (space dependent), a sitting room with a balcony, and a toilet.
