I have a couple things that needs some doing, but no idea what cost is involved in doing so: (1) My complex unit does not have any neutral wires running through the light switch boxes (I would like to install some smart switches at some point and the best ones all need the neutral wire in the light switch box). There are 10 light switches (5x3 gang, 2x2 gang, 3x1 gang) I need to pull through some neutral wires, and would also like to move the on switch to the other side of the wall. (2) There are 8 wall plugs currently, but I would like to install 8 more (since each bedroom only has 1 and a couple more will be very convenient) and move two of them. I need to repaint and redo the floor in the near-ish future, so opening up the walls and floor is not an issue as long as it will be closed up again after words (3) The DB is from the 70s I think and looks and feels very dated, and although I have a COC that indicates everything is in fine working order, I would like to install/update the board to something newer at some point as well I need a quote for each of the three mentioned jobs to get an idea of what I need to budget or what I can afford currently. Good day, I’m looking for a quote to remodel two bathrooms, where I want to install a new bathtub, double vanity and toilet and other accessories. In the main bathroom, I would like to extend the bathroom by demolishing the staff quarter in the back about 3 x 2 m. I don’t have the building plans as yet.
We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. There would be some additional connections needed such as one of the out buildings to the DB board and the booster pump for the water supply.
It is a two bedroomed house with a bathroom and open-plan kitchen and sitting room area. The alterations that would like to do is add two bedrooms. Have a master suit with with ensuit bathroom and dress area , add a guest toilet and an outside toilet, add two bedrooms , a pantry, or spacious pantry cupboard make a space for a laundry room and add a dining room with patio and garage

Good day I live in a rural area Klipfontein mission Station. Land is undeveloped, there are some brick houses, Wendy houses but mainly zinc houses. I live in a house made off zinc, between - sqms. My company is offering funding for housing assistance but I need a quote for building material which could be for brick, zinc, prefabricated panels or a wooden house. My company will then approve one of the quotes for the work to be done. No plans will be required as this is land owner based dwellings. Your assistance would be much appreciated.
Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. Down the passage, there’s a master bedroom with a master en-suite and between them, there’s a walk-in closet. This is my ideal house. I need a professional to execute it for me. Thank you
