Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

Hello, we currently have a 3 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom, a lounge + kitchen. Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled.
