We need to relook at getting new security as ADT or Fidelity is not coming to the party. We need simple monitoring and an SMS or some notification when alarm is deactivated or armed. I need to replace the current roof, which is tiled, with corrugated iron roof. Half of the roof is already corrugated iron, which was done by the previous owners. Now I need to replace the other half because when it rains, there's leaking into the bathroom and one of the bedrooms as they are opposite each other.
