The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. Maintenance will require will be general, such as paint touch ups, drain unblocking when required, Electric gate maintenance, plumbing and electrical maintenance, roof maintenance when required, in some instances cleaning, occasional carpentry work, etc.
Good morning, I am looking to fence one of the perimeters of my property. The property is completely fenced. However, the northern side, where the Accommodation & Vegetable Patch is, the fence has been broken by the squatters living in the adjacent property to make a path to the road. It's my son's 6th birthday. The event will be held on our small holding in Protea Ridge, Krugersdorp. He wants a Dinosaur theme (more realistic like Jurassic world- not animated). I do have tables, but would prefer if everything can be provided. The setup will be done in the Lapa/entertainment room. Snack platters and party packs and maybe something like juice.
