Yes.. Jacque the owner made me pay the deposit into his account he is a thief he took my money and never showed up to do the Job. I am calling him everyday asking for my money back but he ignores me and does not return my massages or calls.

Jacques took 70% deposit upfront and sent some guys in with no tools , no ladders to come and take off my roof. That is as far as it got, the workers demanded money from me as he did not pay them. I had to scramble to get the roof done for the 30% I had left on the quote. Not happy with the end result and it didn't pass the roof inspection which is now going to cost me another fortune. I am opening a case against him as there is fraudulent documentation involved as per the quotation that was done through a company that was de-registered and charging me VAT on top of that.
there is absolutely nothing to like of these thief's they took my deposit and brought bare minimum materials to build, came with the excuse they under quoted and wanted an additional 40% more on top of the quote. They don't pay their workers constantly came to me complaining why don't i pay their boss so he can Pay them... PEOPLE stay away from these guys Jacques Lourens and Johan Roodt
They stole my deposit money never finished the job constantly had problems, their building is up to no standard and it's a total mess so so regretting getting them to build my granny flat
The whole house needs painting with a few patch up repairs needed, plus the brick fence around a sqm property. The fence also has some areas that need patching up

Please I would like to have a quotation of a building that has a floor and ceiling that is damaged because of an air handling unit that is placed on top of timber floor. The ceiling below that floor is also affected. Please I would like to have the following in the quotation: 1. An investigation on the cause and extend of the water damage on the floor/ceiling. 2.
