Project is to renovate an old bryanston house in phases. Asbestos roof sheeting were damaged by neighbours massive overgrown tree when it fell on the roof. They used inferior quality material with asbestos fibres hanging from it. Gaps and cold wind comes into the house making the occupants including elderly freeze. Need removal and replacement with new sheetings.
