I need to convert my open patio on top on the garage into a bedroom with a full bathroom. Find attached the current plan to give you an idea of the work. The Architect is working on the new plan and will share once available. If I can get a high level costing I would appreciate that. I will buy all my materials I want to be charged for labour only which includes building and plastering the walls to roof level. The floor of the patio should be the same as those surrounding the swimming pool. The existing swimming pool will be renovated into a smaller pool. Paint of house and roof outside should be included
After the recent floods my house was ruined and a few flaws surfaced the floors seem to have warped or sunk in some areas of the house. I am looking to completely redo the floor from concrete base, reinforcement to make them stable and strong. The two bathrooms are to be fully redone with complete new installations as well as the floors. In the pictures you will see there is one with blue and red circles. On the blue circled area I want a sliding standard aluminum door and in the area on top of the bath tub, a new window aluminum as well.
To Safegaurd our operations working this Prasa Rail Contract for 36 months. We will move around along the railline. We replace sleepers and remove scrap daily. We want our Site Office, Vehicles that is park either at Site Office or along the Railline where we work and that Transport Rail Materials to be safe at all times. So we need a squad dedicated to us. Normally we work from Monday to Friday. The Site and Office have to be guarded fulltime. 24/7.

I am looking to move into the house in March and need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen will need a wall broken down to extend what is the current dining room. I need new finishes, cabinets, stove, painting, lighting. The bathroom - I need to renovate the shower - new tiling, shower head. Tne tiling needs to be replaced, and the built in bath to be replaced by a stand alone bath which i have, The basin will also need ot be replaced by a double basin with new cabinet.
We are soon moving into a panhandle house and would like to enclose the garden area next to the driveway to keep the dogs off the driveway when entering. We have no idea how long the fence has to be, but I estimate it is approximately 40m in length. The fence does not have to be too high (about 1.2m in height should be sufficient)
