kitchen, 2xbathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath), add wall to enclose 3rd bedroom again. that is needed. Would also like a quote on opening up a load bearing wall about 4m x 2m, this used to be the outside wall so would also be a firewall if I am correct. the room behind that would need the floor raised and if possible the ceiling as well, else we will extend this to be the living room/tv wall
Whole roof underlay to be replaced with superior quality, temperature controlling material. Valley messed up by previous builder to be fixed. Considering to have parapets knocked off as they have always leaked, resulting in interior damage to steel door frames, etc. Patio to be changed into a room (roof, ceiling and aluminium sliding doors). Flat roof of braai room to be changed to a pitched tile roof like the rest of the house with sliding doors and windows(for better ventilation), overlooking the swimming-pool. 3 x Bathroom makeovers In the middle of the tandem double garage is the parapet wall which hosted the previous two steel roll-up doors. This complete wall must be removed, but then the trusses of the front garage will need support over a distance of about 7m. The complete garage needs a ceiling. The raw cement floor needs levelling and either epoxy coted, tiled or painted. There are a few minor jobs, e.g. removing rusty steel doorframes, cracks in walls and ceilings, damp problems, replacing a few windows and doors, erecting concrete platforms for water tanks, etc. Electrical changes and additions will of course be needed.
I need to have a new kitchen installed. The kitchen has been stripped bare so there is a blank canvas. I have already had the plumbing and electrical points done and I have decided where I want the different appliances to go. All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.
I am looking for someone who can remodel the house. A new roof needs to be installed with tiles. Ceiling and tiling of the whole house. Removing the bath in the bathroom and making it a walk in shower. Plastering of the house outside and putting in face brick. The front of the house will be cladding stone. Leveling of the house to be even before tiling.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. I understand a proper quote would be impossible without inspecting the house, and am looking for a base number per square meter if at all possible. Please connect via email only. Thank you!
Good day, We are based in Impala Park, Boksurg. Please can you advise me how much you charge per m².... if that's how your charging system works? We want to extend our house this year. The extension will be double story, m² more or less in total. Upstairs about 49m² and down stairs about 49m² with a stoep and balcony. We want to break down a wall in our current lounge and extend it to make a new lounge (old lounge will become dining area) This will be downstairs and will lead onto a stoep. Upstairs would include a main bedroom, bathroom and small study and balcony. Stairs would run from the new lounge area upwards. I will be getting architectural drawings done in February, we will send them to you once we have them for a more accurate quote but would appreciate a good estimate of the cost in the mean time so I can also look into getting financing from the bank. The cost should include the brickwork, plastering, plumbing and electrical work, basically just
We require a new manual change over switch installed at/near the db board. New external water proof plug point installed on the outside wall for the standby generator. Replacement of 1 x day/night sensor operating 2 x LED exterior lights. Replace 1 x "jam jar" light fitting. Remove "illegal" cable installtion to exterior plug point and run new T&E cable from exterior plug point to DB board, through newly installed conduit housed in wall.
Two bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and one toilet. Would like to add a dinning room. Nothing has been done since the early '80 when it was built. The plan is to flip the house and renovat it and add a room. Considering that it is a old structure, would like change the roofing, timber, and ceiling. Plastering, tiling, electricity and plumbing.
