Including 7.5m flashing over timber barge board. 14.5m flashing to brick parapet. 42 sq m rectangular area over double-garage. Single pitch. Including 21.5m flashing to brick parapet including around 3-sides of chimney. Timber structure in excellent condition
Problems whith roof gully tiels not done well all brocken and missing its leaking in the raine

We want to build a Lapa next to braai room, and opposite swimming pool, there will be 3 walls already size 4/6.
