Geyser leaking, not sure if it is repairable. If not, I will need a price for installing a new one. See video attached.

Please include plumbing, electrical, sewerage connection to municipal line. Does the rate per sqm also include for fittings, eg. sanitary ware, lights, kitchen sink, gas stove, electric oven, butchers block, geyser, etc?
2 car garage attached to size of house with two roller type entrance doors. Brick and plaster with tile roof. One side door for entering the house. Electrics for lighting, plumbing for one cold water tap, one wall socket for power.

Sewerage system need to be upgraded, the old design is not suit for existing building flats, the sewerage is blocking now and again, need to increase sewerage underground pipe diameter bigger.
There are currently small renovations such as door installations and tiling that is happening in my home currently so I will not be able to take calls.
