General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Small oil drips on the driveway need to be cleaned 6. Top kitchen corner cupboard has mould inside and the backboard needs to be cleaned or replaced 7. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. Good day I would like to request a handyman for the following work please: 1. Old apartment in Saxonwold – work to be completed any time from Weds 25, to Mon 29, Aug - Replace old Yale lock - Fill in 2 x small holes in bedroom wall made by headboards (hanging in 2 rooms, removed) and tv unit that was placed on a bracket against the wall (4 small holes) - Paint if necessary 2.
