We'd like to repaint our apartment (3 rooms) and a hall way. Two of the rooms have a floor area of around 15m2 and the other around 9m2 the hallway is 3m2. The paint is peeling off on some walls and there is need for some additional prep work in some areas where you can see 3 layers of old paint has chipped off. Most of the walls are in good condition. If possible I'd also like to screet the walls in the one room as it has textured plaster.

We have some garages with small pinhole pricks that need touching up. I bought a house in Bardene Boksburg , the current owner said he put a tiled roof over the old patio with tiles but its not , Need aquote to cover the whole upstairs patio with strutse and tiles , please can you assist ? Same color to be used as on walls biscuit color. Around doors and windows 10cm sq. boarder with same color which is charcoal. Only front section of the roof require painting. The use of durable exterior paint must be used. The white nova board under the over hanging roof beneath must also be repainted and where required if the wood has deteriorated be replaced.
The Dining room ceiling has sporadic mold. The is soaked and warped due to prolonged exposure to rainwater. -The Lounge ceiling is randomly soaked and warped due to rainwater. Roof On inspecting the client property we found damage to the client's roof covering. We however found no storm damage to the client's roof. We found a nutec facia board blown off as well as 1 roof tile cracked. Both these items looks like it has been this way over time.We found that the roof valleys were rusted and need replacing as well as the flashings around the chimney will have to be waterproofed. the concrete flat roof also lacked waterproofing and will have to be sealed to prevent future damage. General maintenance will have to be done to prevent future damage.
All walls in the house need to be painted. There are old water damage marks at the bottom of 2 of the walls. It needs to be sanded down before repainting. The walls are not "wet" anymore, so the leak or source of water was repaired previously. All nails also need to be taken out and holes filled before repainting.
