I am the chairperson of a retirement estate in Greyton called The Country Village. The complex comprises 60 freehold houses, a bowling green, and clubhouse. We elect a committee every two years to run the day-to-day operations of the complex. We are presently serviced by SA Property who manage the financial affairs of the complex (collecting the monthly levies and keeping our books). Youth sports day for our Bolobedu Site: Six soccer teams and Six netball teams will participate in the sport day event, from the host communities (Ramaroka / Shawela / Mohlabaneng).
