We would like the house to have an industrial finish inside with 50% of the walls plastered and painted,25% just plastered and sealed and the other 25% exposed brick(Bagging). The outside we would like to be plastered and painted and the natural stone work indicated on the plan we would like to be just exposed brick. The roof needs to have gutters to comply with the estates rules.
