I get a salary from Transnet. Which means my income tax for my salary is always up to date. Dùt i get additional income from rentals/cbd flats. I always work out the profits/ 1l loss for each. The bookkeeper that use to capture for me passed away in Feb . Mg Secretarial. I.o.w to add the rentals to my Salary with Sars for the previous financial year and provisional tax end August/ Feb
We have an alarm system installed, but not linked to armed response and not pet friendly. We have 2 small dogs, so leave the front door open and security gate locked while we are at work. we have had 2 break ins in the last 5 days. Intruders bent the security gate open the first time and bent the burglar bars on the window the second time.
I need an intercom system for the existing front gate to my buisness. I'd like to see guests arrive on a screen at the serving area and there to be a button to press to open the gate. We need to install steps against the outside wall that lead to the first floor apartment. The steps can be wood, metal or bricks. Also a door needs to seperate the inside steps, so that the downstairs apartment is now seperated from the upstairs apartment. A small kitchen can also be installed and pluming for a clothes washer.
