There is a huge crack on the wall, top to bottom. Repair work to wall needed. We live on a Farm and was advised that the wall needs to be braced. I need the Pro's advise on whether plans are needed or what options we have.
The original owner had a two room, garage & kitchen at the back of the yard, she wanted to live here and build a house in the front. I now own this property and want to carry out this idea and build a possible two storey house in the front.
