The project is to extend an attic space and its small balcony into a larger room with a workspace & to ensure that the structure is sitting strong. We have 4 eyes. a alarm at the front of the driveway and 2 panic buttons. The existing panic buttons needs to be replaced, an extra panic button to be put in the dining room, an extra eye in the study to secure the study and work room and the existing battery in the roof that cannot support the system when the electricity is off to be replaced with an extra power pack as a backup when the electricity goes off
I want to break down my bathroom wall and extend the bathroom onto the porch. The porch will then be extended towards the the boundary of the yard. I want to build a boundary wall that sort of links with the porch through steps from the outside. There should not be any space between the porch and the boundary wall.

Looking to cost and determine what a new alarm system would cost. My current one is old and dated. Have 4 beams. Keypad in house and remote arming.
