The house is newly renovated and completely empty. There are no furniture in the house and all the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets are empty. All appliances are new and the kitchen is new, meaning, there is no stubborn dirt. There are no rugs or carpets. The walls, doors & skirtings are freshly painted. The house just needs one general clean before we move in the furniture. Cleaning date preferably the 9th of December.

We are the Managing Agents for a block of 3storey flats. units We also have a bin area with 50 black bins that needs to attended to, bin area needs cleaning, supervised on a daily basis Stoep areas needs to be kept clean & tidy daily. I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. I will also be needing laundry and ironing, but not every time the person comes to clean, on a lesser basis when requested.
