I need help and advise and a quotation on the work to be done Inside 4x rooms and hallway floors to be chopped out, compacted and I want cement finishing Walls to be plastered and painted various points Window to be remove and lintels to insert Double door to move to another room and to remove window Kitchen wall to be waterproofed and painted Kitchen counter to replace water damage Bathroom wall to be waterproofed and painted Outside All plaster to be removed on outside walls, waterproofing to be done and painted walkway around house to be removed and tree roots removed - can be filled and replaced with stone Gutters to be replaced
If it’s 7 bedrooms, three has to be big rooms and three normal and the last one has to be a master bedroom. But if 10 bedrooms can fit, then, I can have one master bedroom and the rest normal. So here is the breakdown: Bedroom (10) Lounge Living Area Dinning room Kitchen with pantry Storage Laundry room Double garage that can fit four cars Bar on the left facing the large patio (that can fit 2 patio tables and outdoor chairs) When you leave the patio you for to a swimming on the edge of the wall which has a pergola on right.
My income is i rent rooms out. My propery is big enough to build 2 flats. So i need cash and profesional help. Here is friends that sant to hell but not in the wright way they just see money. So if there is a private lender that can help me i would realy appr. The only seq that o have to oay back is my house. Or the 2 flats to sell
I have a 2x bedroom, 1x bathroom, separate toilet, living room and kitchen I need all doors and frames changed, windows changed, add extra bathroom, add extra room and garage and add another living area, roof changed, new build ins, tiling, electrical works n plumbing. The project is funded by my bank so I need a registered company with enough cash flow to start the construction
Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, normal bricks, no paint or fancy plaster, plain cement floors and zinc roof also acceptable. Trying to keep costs as low as possible but would also like to add additonal room and bathroom in a year or 2 when i have more money. The quotations are for a boundary wall to be constructed at the corner of Flower and Albertyn Streets. The total length of the wall is approximately 40m long (20m in Flower Street and 20 m in Albertyn Street) and 1.85m high all round. The quotation must include construction of 40m new wall, two new vehicle roller gates and two new pedestrian swing gates. The quotation must include removal of the existing 20m wall in Flower Street and removal of 20 m wall in Albertyn Street and removal of both existing vehicle gates and pedestrian gates. Double story house. Upstairs open plan living area and kitchen, plus 1 en-suite bedroom. Scullery. Double garage. Build-in braai (ideally in living area / inside). Downstairs 3 bedrooms. One bathroom en-suite, one bathroom shared. Smaller living areas and basic very small kitchen area. Roughly m2 in total.
We are looking at potentially dividing the house into two, (top and bottom) so we can rent out the bottom as a unit for long term renters. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a living area downstairs but to rent it out for long term renters we would need to add a small kitchen. potentially something like a kitchenette. Because in the long term the house won't need two full kitchens we would just want the bottom kitchen to have the basics like a sink, a place for a washing machine a fridge and small place you can chop food and place a microwave/oven.
We have a 42 sqm granny flat as part of the existing house. There is currently two bedrooms in the flatlet, we require a 3 - 5 meter interior wall, that separates the one bedroom and living room to be demolished to make the kitchenette and living space larger. The one window in the new kitchenette will have to be reduced in size. We then want the necessary plumbing and electrical lines to be moved to the new kitchenette. Flooring, and or kitchen cupboards to be included, but quoted separately if possible. Attached is part of the plans of the building and a render of what we foresee the space to look like.
I want to extend a granny flat by adding a shower at the end of the flat where the bathroom is (the bathroom currently only have toilet and a small basin) . There is a door at the end of the flat next to the basin that will be taken off and you can then walk through to the planned extend area (where there will be a shower). The extension needs to be 2m x 1.5m and needs to be enclosed (walls with roof). The plan is to enter the extension through the door inside the flat that will be taken off. There is currently grass at the end of the flat where we plan to just make a 2m x 1.5m concrete foundation floor.
