We need a firm that: - Has good accounting knowledge - Is hard working - Is reliable - Is quick to respond - Knows about importing and exporting of goods. (this is quite important) - Reasonable prices - Works with CIPC - Good with group companies - Has the capacity to take on the group - Knows varies accounting systems - Attention to detail - Ect.
