What are the advantages and disadvantages of different types of security fences
I need custom pedestrian gates made to replace wooden gates which are failing due to age. The main house is wood based so 2 gates need to be made with a post cemented on that side to ensure privacy. So sheet non rust metal outside cover is likely the best means. Also I need gates painted black. I also need one gate at the front of the house that has entrances. I want a padlock on each gate to secure the property when no tenants are occupying the property.
We need to build a modern house with protruding walls on the front of the house with a braai patio and corbeling design. The kitchen should have a centre island and be an open plan flowing into the living and dining room. Three bedrooms with the maid's room with a separate entrance. Good day i need some assistance regards to a quotation for my roof . my house is insured by auto/ general The pass winter we had some water leakage from the ceiling and due to the heavy rains it left a hole in the ceiling ,so then we knew that somewhere on the roof there might be a leakage, thats why the water was coming through the ceiling , all our rooms are now moulded , Please can you send someone out to come and give us a quote , regards
Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.

Good day, The painters at my property have not done a great job and I am looking for a more professional service to correct some errors. For example, the lines are not neat and areas where there should be a neat line that distinguishes two colours apart are not well executed. I need assistance with this.
