Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. We are currently in Port Elizabeth but we are moving to Bloemfontein soon. The house (approx. 3 bedrooms, a lounge, living room, kitchen) needs to be spring cleaned from top to bottom before we move in. I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well.
