Good Day I have small quite old fashioned teak wooden finger blocks parquet in my apartment, however, I need additional blocks to fill missing spots and additionally ,I need to tile a 4x4 room with the same. Are you able to assist? What is the price with and without installation? Kind Regards

Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.

We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.
I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.
Is it possible to come out and give us quote for our garden gates with electronic buzzer? I Will send you pictures as example. I have two gates there already but I think the sizing and lock is incorrect so I would rather like to just get new gates. Only I'm not available this week. We can schedule a time for next week to come in and look at the gates spacing and styles.
