1. We request the Roma style for all the doors, but that they are SOLID core MDF (or alternative), 2. We request raw and unpainted finished product, 3. Roofing for an addition of one room, approximately 18sqm. Room will be added on top of existing structure and joined with existing roof in a duplex town house. Work will include removal of existing roof, and re-installation after new room in constructed. Refer to attached drawings, area to be roofed is the "new study"
A sliding door will be installed after the veranda. When the door is installed, the step needs to be adjusted by a builder and the plastering around the frame has been completed. In fact, the veranda needs to be re-done. Note: This is a very small job it does not need building contractors. Please feel free to contact me for more info.
I would like to install reclaimed teak parquet flooring in 3 bedrooms. The existing carpets need to be removed and carted away. The reclaimed parquet flooring need to be cleaned and to be re-assembled before they can be laid. The parquet flooring is the small version. Request for quotations and how long it will take is essential.

Problem : Mazista Natural Slate Roof replacement (or fully refurbish with new underlayer). My slate roof is in need of full underlay refurb / replacement by specialist slater, or full replacement alternatives eg . metal, shingle etc. It is steeply pitched double storey at 51 deg with multiple large dormers ( x7 ). Total sloped (ie. slated) roof surface is sqm. The fibre-cement gutters can support ladders. Cost of full underlay refurb versus new outer material covering will be key, however migration to a much lighter roofing material like steel (1/5 est) is a strong factor since de-trussing inner sections will allow creation of wanted loft space, so may override cost concerns. Currently replacement thinking is new Standing Seam metal zincalume type covering (if possible due to complexity of dormer valleys), but also metal shingle look alike products, or simply Everite fibre-cement mitred slates. Bearing in mind that the current trusses will be more than capable of supporting any other roofing material without much modification. P.S. See attachment pictures to give a better idea of the dormers and valleys.

Problem: Hot water temperature too high, pipe/s making Hammering, thudding sounds. Only registered, certified plumbers' quotes will be accepted. Check thermostat & geyser pressure valve, set temperature to 55 degrees Celsius; In addition: Replace washers to bath, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine & dishwasher taps; Water Jet cleaning of water system. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. We would like to receive a few quotes before going ahead with the repairs. Thank you. Kind regards
