We live in a VERY old house - almost years old. Our wooden floorboards have been almost completely destroyed by time, neglect, and wood borer. Previously, my mother was staying in the house and was advised that she'd need to sand the floorboards down to bare wood before exterminators could come and pour poison down but she only had a weekend to do it so all the remaining boards have been very poorly sanded with a hand-sander. We are asking for quotes to just do the kitchen for now as there is a big hole where the boards have snapped - but over time we hope to do the entire house when we can afford it.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames. I have a T & B Log Home on Phantom Pass with wooden floors. I would like to get Bamboo flooring installed with an underlayer for better insulation and appearance. Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour.
