I need a boundary wall 10ft high (3m) for m. I assume it will have to be double wall for that height. Not sure of pillars, please advise. It's a semi face brick, no plaster. Brick price is about R4- R4,50 per brick, delivered. Also need quote on foundation, also please advise suze etc to see if possible. Please quote incl material and incl bricks. Project is to renovate an old bryanston house in phases. Starting with the interior, ceiling, walls, floors for the entire house. then remodelling a newish bathroom and building a walkin cupboard from scratch for the main bathroom. We'd like to start with the end in mind, so to have a full picture of evertyhing, including the exterior walls and roof. We have a contractor we trust and have seen several projects he's done for friends but he is clueless when it comes to helping with the design/redesign, especially around remodelling the bathroom for more space and the walk in cupboard.
