I need an intercom system for the existing front gate to my buisness. I'd like to see guests arrive on a screen at the serving area and there to be a button to press to open the gate. Can be a fully wired or wirless option. Additionally I need a camera on the serving area. Ideally the camera should double up as the alarm system once activated.
Good day, We are looking at putting an offer in on a house in Bonaero Park that currently has not system installed. The property has proper burglar bars on all windows. We are looking to secure the following: - Front yard (beams) - Back yard (beams - Three doors leading to the outside - Three bedrooms - Open living/dining area - Entrance hall - Kitchen - Possibly beams on either side of the house If possible, we would also like to be able to control the system remotely when we aren't home. The electric fence must be installed on the inside of the current fence at a distance of approximately 0.5meter from the existing fence. Provision should be made for the motorized gate (vehicle entry) complete with gate switch. The electric fence must be equipped with an 8-joule energizer with alarm, strobe light, battery backup and remote-control activation/de-activation. Total height of the electric fence must be at least 2.3m and must be electrified from the bottom to the top. The total length of the existing perimeter fence is approximately meters. A min 2 year warrantee plan on maintenance and Service after installations of electric fence will be required Installation of the electric fence must comply with the installation, material and quality specifications in SANS -3 (including any subsequent amendments) A valid Electric Fence System certificate of compliance (EFC), issued by a registered Electric Fence System Installer (EFSI) must be provided to SAWS upon completion of the installation. Wires will need to be pulled taut at the anchor end (install a self-locking ratchet-style wire tensioner, install a turnbuckle cable tensioner) After everything is attached, recheck the voltage at a point farthest away from the charger/main power source. Supply and install 8-joule energizer with alarm. Each corner of the electrical fence will need to be braced with a supplied corner piece. Supply and install strobe light. Supply and install battery backup and remote-control activation/de-activation. Remove any plants that have grown up along your fence and spray a glyphosate herbicide (like Roundups) to reduce plant growth in the area. Test the fence to ensure its operational after installation.

With the loadshedding, I had to replace the battery and in order to check that the alarm is working properly, we need to contact the alarm company regularly, I find this frustrating. Therefore, I would like to have an up to date alarm system that we can control remotely. The beams are important, however, there is a cat and a dog at home that must be considered. The property is in a secure complex with guard and electric fencing as well as monitoring by a security company.
Hi I'm looking for a high level quote to have 8 x security cameras preferably Hikvision, with recorder etc completely supplied and installed. I need to secure a Military base in Lohathla. i need an integrated CCTV system with Alarm System with the capability to be monitored via devices like a cell phone or tablet, the CCTV system must be integrated with the alarm system and monitored at the duty room. the area is big, and the priority areas are very far from each other, so we need, if possible, a wireless system which can be monitoed from the base duty room.
