Plates, side plates and cutlery
I am messaging on behalf of my friend who is having a celebration at a farm in Wilderness on Saturday 18th April , for around 40-50 people. She will most likely be interested in some light finger food and grazing options for lunch time and some more substantial food for dinner (or maybe even the other way round!). Self service and very relaxed and casual. NO SPIT BRAAI. Would be interested in finding out more about bar services as well, and including cutlery/crockery in quotes, but food is the most important for now!

EVENT IS IN HAZYVIEW MANZINI HALL. CAN COLLECT IN NELSPRUIT/WHITERIVER/HAZYVIEW but no later than 9am on day of event. Political rally so food must be properly packed for easy distribution. we would like to have a starter like chicken strips with a souce and a main 2 meats 2 vegatables and 2 sides and a desert like ice cream
We want an affordable breakfast/brunch wedding, buffet. Must be Halaal. example: Starter buffet with assorted muffins, scones, muesli & yoghurt. Urns for coffee station. Main buffet with scrambled eggs or quiches, mini sausages, mushrooms & onions, breakfast potatoes or baby potatoes and breads. Our venue includes all extras and provides a kitchen for food prep.
We would like a professional who can come to the property we are renting and do a spitbraai for 25 - 30.people. We would just like very simple sides , green salad and pasta salads. Another option is for the company to come and cook hamburgers and chicken pregos, sides of sliced tomato onions with sauces. Please provide plates and cutlery.
