Good day We would know if you will be able to assist us in getting our Lawn filled up and even out. Currently very uneven and/or installation of new grass to the area and around the house. Our Estate has rules against which type of grass we are allowed to install. Our preference will be: St. Augustine grass also known as Buffalo Grass. This can change as per your visit of the premises and expertise on the already existing lawn. We aslo have a piece of paving that we want to add into an area. New house. North entry, north facing. Currently only has lawn. Patio facing driveway, need privacy. Property to be leased therefore need low maintenance hardy plants. I fired my last garden service for stealing & have been trying to maintain the garden on my own but it is to much for one person to do alone. The yard does need some TLC & I am not expecting it to be sorted out in a day. But I would rather try get someone on it before summer comes & it becomes a nightmare.
