Need new floor throughout - would like laminate - new kitchen -new kitchen cabinets, new back splash, appliances- new bathroom - take out bath, put in one nice shower, new toilet, sink, tiles - flat needs plastering touch ups, whole flat needs paint. Have just bought flat and live in Zambia, completion is June 1st so would like work to start as soon as possible after then. Flat is 59m2 so a relatively small job.
I'm in the process of purchasing a property that has approved building plans to add an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet to the main bedroom. I'd like to get an idea of what it will cost to implement the plans at the property once we move in, in June. I've attached the plans here, this will only include the new addition on the bedroom (right) side.

I need a professional gardener who will be able to my garden and then paving. It will be just a one-time job. So it's basically trimming the trees and the lawn. We rent our freestanding home with garden. It has not been watered and much in the garden has died. There are mature trees throwing lots of shade. The soil type is naturally clay, but the beds have been enriched previously. I only want hardy waterwise plants. The small lawn needs replacement (in shade a good deal of the day). The gravel parking areas alongside the drive need weed killing. An overgrown ornamental vine trellis needs a strong prune. And beyond that, some general flower bed neatening.
I would like to get a quotation from a professional building contractor I am planning on extending my house but I have an old plan I need a professional to collaborate with it for this project. We want to add 4 additional bedrooms and a garage to the current property and connect the cottage to the main house. The size of the extension is estimated to be sqm.
