Indeed firstly a wall around my house and to take out the old fence. Then , secondly I need a small rondaval house with thatch roofing and a newly developed house for the finish off just next to the kids small RDP. My yard is quite huge and would need measurements and plans for the outcome of my idea. We also need a garage to build and it needs to be part of the main house and we need to be able to access it on a rainy day through the main house easily. A pool would be a bonus as it's really hot here in Hammanskraal, DanHouse.
Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a farm with a main building and a number of cottages. I need a quote for the main building only, which is approximately sqm. I would like to inquire about both a renovation of the existing thatch or a complete replacement. The existing thatch roof condition is as follows: 1. The dressing has been combed out and the transverse wires are visible; 2. The dressing thickness is well below the South African National minimum standards of mm; 3. The roof capping will have to be replaced; 4. There is no flashing and waterproofing at the juncture of the thatch and parapet walls (Main reason for falling damp internally) Please assist with a quote

Good Day, I would like to change the layout of my Bathroom- Move basin and shower. Re-tiling of bathroom and Toilet (they are separate.) Move Front door from existing place and incorporate stoep with Main bedroom. Building cupboards to be built in 3 bedrooms. I would also like house to be re-painted inside and out.
Leaks. 2 main areas of the house: 1) front (area 1) 2) back (area 2) Front = Garage area (area 1) Back = Where new extended part of house and old extended part meet. Garage Multiple leaks at garage area that causes floor to be wet and mouldy when it rains. In garage there are beams, and at one location there is a vertical rise (wooden planks), with eroded plastic insulation. Gaps in between wooden planks as well. And then, is it leaking in other parts of roof as as well? Area 2: Over time, wear and tear occured where the two parts of the house meet (old and new, roof). Likley in the insulation structures.
Semi detached - need only my side inspected and advised on for full roof repair or replacement, really not sure. Rain gets in from I dont know where and ceilings are affected over winter. Really need help without the costs to advise but need to do something so it doesnt get any worse and it is fixed to last for another 50 years
Hi there, I am planning to build on Gloria Cove -- plans are currently being drawn up by the architect. Couple of questions: - How does the process work in terms of building. Do you need the plans in order to quote? - How does the costing work? I see mentions of per sqm etc. You can please contact em on whatsapp Regards,
