Entrance hall ,lounge,kitchen,scullery,pantry.6 doors n frames.3 window frames. Abt 41sqm in total.Doors need to be sandpapered .Few cracks to be filled .Few areas to remove old paint which is peeling away Window area is 4m length n 2 are 2,5m length. Ps I arranged for painters to come today 25 April to paint.Only saw this now.Pls help urgently as I need to know they not ripping me off Few cracks to be filled.
I am electrician I do have my own company I will like to register coc certificate for my client. I can do so many jobs and are being have the problem of an issue of certificate of compliance. To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
. The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.
The main job would be to remove an old skew trap toilet and install a new one. If the old cistern is kept a leaky inlet pipe should be fixed as well. I would like I would like a quote for this. I would like to have a broken basin replaced. This would be done at the same time as the main job and so I would have them quoted together. Lastly I wish to see what it would cost to have a washing machine plumbed into the bathroom. Please quote this job as if you received the other two jobs as well. Outside white double story. And repair minor cracks and plaster that is coming off. Prepare walls and paint. Possibly also steel windows. Owner fixed roof and is cleaning and painting it himself.. One room inside to be painted and ceiling.. One bathroom door. And one ceiling cement in the kitchen and sucullary.
Good day My pipes beneath my kitchen sinks came lose, and is now leaking, so it needs to be sealed or possibly replaced, I am not sure. My drain was blocked, so I losened one of the pipes in my cupboard. Managed to clear the blockage. I live in a block of flats, and my neighbour's and my kitchen sinks are connected to the same down pipe. Their washing machine water also goes down their kitchen sink. They apparantley can not use the bath's drainage. Can you perhaps give me a quote plus minus?
