I need a 2 storey home. Ground floor with kitchen, lounge, ensuite guest room. Patio and indoor pool. Second floor 2 bedroom with joining full bathroom and walkin closet. balcony. I am needing a pool to run a Swim School from home but am trying to save space as in the future I would possibly build a 25m pool in the garden. Pool that can be on the patio area, with a skylight and sliding glass doors with a seating area, changeroom, toilet and shower. Pool to have as much sunlight as possible.
So, my house is the old model version, I would also love to remodel the roofing style to make it look model. The house is not a build in, so i would like to have it having in-built furniture. The house is not tiled, would like it to be tiled on the floor. There is no sewage and kitchen facilities, would like to have them installed as well with the building of additional bathroom in one of the rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, citing room, balcony, and double garages. The needed additions would be 1 bathroom and a study area.

Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes! Therefore bronze aluminium is preferred. Doors must be able to be fixed when in open position. Steve 5 Bosveld Close Boskruin Randburg JHB

I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. I plan to add an additional garage as well, would like to remove the old swimming pool, and build a bigger one.
