I would like to inquire about both a renovation of the existing thatch or a complete replacement. The existing thatch roof condition is as follows: 1. The dressing has been combed out and the transverse wires are visible; 2. The dressing thickness is well below the South African National minimum standards of mm; 3. The roof capping will have to be replaced; 4. We are moving into our new rental home end June / beginning July. The house currently has an alarm installed by H&H 56 16th Avenue, Gonubie, we just need to check if all eyes in the house is pet friendly and what it would cost us for armed response & monitoring. (We are currently with Red Alert at our current premises).
It is a door and a frame for a outside covered area where we are installing roll down canvas blinds and we need a door for an entrance. No idea what is possible and what will work so I need advise, quote and then installation. It is outside so it will need to be weather proof. A frame will have to be built and then a door which is only possible to open one way. There is a metal fence with a gate post, not sure if that will help. If you look at the photos, the door has to be where the gate is and it must be door height and the rest of the area up to the beam has to be closed off. The canvas blinds will then run from the door Frame, which will be where the gate is from the beam on top all the way to the ground, Hence the need for a frame.
