It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.

Hi there, I have a property at Ferndale Brackenfell that has a tenant and I need a reliable handyman services that I can use. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?

I need to convert my garage to a bedroom. Just need a ceiling put in and drywall to block garage door from thee inside. No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays.
