How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Hi there, i am lookjng to put up a 2 bed cottage. My budget is limited. No plans yet. Open to alternative building materials.
It must be a octagon or a hexagon rondavel. It must have a bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. A big enough space to have a queen size bed, 2 big sofas, mini fridge, screen TV pasted on the wall, a big wardrobe or a built in one. A big aluminium sliding door and Windows. A veranda big enough to put some chairs and sit on. Something that looks almost like what I have attached below. But you can be flexible and make some of your taste.
Have a blue print that suit our needs
Currently we have a 2 bedroom home and a small bathroom. All of the rooms are too small. We want to remove the current bathroom completely because it is next to the kitchen and make that space part of the kitchen. We want to use one of the existing rooms to convert it into a bathroom. We then want to extend the other bedroom as well as the kitchen and lounge area and add another bedroom as well.
I have a sqm, I need a five bedroom house with a double garage.
Modernize a two story 5 bedroom home - contemporary/ open plan.
