How to choose the right architect for your house plans?
This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
We have a house at the Vaalriver in Orkney Klerskdorp. We have a toilet on the one side then we have a wall that use to be a build in cupboard and on the other side of the wall we have the basin and shower. We would like to brake the wall down to have a open plan bathroom. Then we need to purchase a new toilet, install a corner bath and upgrade the shower a little bit with a new shower door and new taps, it only has a shower curtain at the moment.
1. Installation of patio stoep concrete slab= 9 square metres for tiling 2. Installation of outside entertainment area concrete slab for tiling = 12 square metres 3. Renovation of outside entertainment area including replastering and renovation of braai structure to accept fabricated standard mild steel braai unit 4. Hi, I was advised by the council to contact a architect regarding internal alterations in my apartment. I have added a entryway (load bearing wall) to a room which I would like to convert to a lounge, close off my passage way and add a shower, basin and toilet to my lounge area. good day. we are , renovating a pre shool on the fooliwing items roofing and ceiling for 3 roomed pre-school. kitchen,classroom and bed room/sleeping room for children. intallation of 8 kids toilets and 2 staff(adults toilets) including plumbing borehole and tanks installation fencing with a clear view for 1 hectpr site paiting the building istallation of wooden kitchen unit tiling for three rooms (not sure abou the squre meter)
My late mother's house was built incorrectly it's a 3 bedroom house with lounge and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It looks like the person who was doing it was an amateur because the house ended up look like a church building. I would like to get a quote to renovate it to look like the plan I have attached here.
We have a one bedroom house in Craighall Park. Connected to the master bedroom is a studio office (not accessible by the bedroom) and connected to the studio office is a smaller room. We could like to incorporate the studio and smaller room into the main house to create additional rooms. This is a project which will require 1) knocking down existing walls, 2) constructing a corridor and 3) constructing walls to separate the new space into separate rooms.

After the recent floods my house was ruined and a few flaws surfaced the floors seem to have warped or sunk in some areas of the house. I am looking to completely redo the floor from concrete base, reinforcement to make them stable and strong. The two bathrooms are to be fully redone with complete new installations as well as the floors. In the pictures you will see there is one with blue and red circles. On the blue circled area I want a sliding standard aluminum door and in the area on top of the bath tub, a new window aluminum as well.
I am looking to move into the house in March and need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen will need a wall broken down to extend what is the current dining room. I need new finishes, cabinets, stove, painting, lighting. The bathroom - I need to renovate the shower - new tiling, shower head. Tne tiling needs to be replaced, and the built in bath to be replaced by a stand alone bath which i have, The basin will also need ot be replaced by a double basin with new cabinet.
