We need to relook at getting new security as ADT or Fidelity is not coming to the party. We need simple monitoring and an SMS or some notification when alarm is deactivated or armed. This way we see when the office is opened and closed. I've asked ADT how many times now how to re-program, our pin codes and also SMS notification - but still does not happen. As the estate is rented out, I am looking for a security service provider who brings in the components required to provide the service at a monthly/annual fee. Needs to take full responsibility of alarm system operations so tenants are not involved in keeping the system running.
