Steelworks: See link for plan and measements: https://1drv.ms/i/s!Amd_eMpiyfpkpKQNyNeeOYvn3sSAMg?e=5udAIn The purpose is to be a barrier around my solar battery to prevent it being bumped by a car. I am not too fussy about the steal used (it needs to be galvanised), but if a car bumps it it should hold. (it is in the garage, so will be a soft bump) It is just the frame, no mesh or cover is needed. I have probably over-engineered the design, so happy to listen if you have a better approach. I think 20mm square or angle tubing will be plenty strong.
I would like to renovate a non functional 3bed house. The 3 bedroom house has 2bedrooms on the right side, one in the middle. I wanna * move the 2 bedrooms to the left side, 1 must be ensuite *make a double garage on the right side where the bedrooms were * and a backroom or 2 the back if there's enough space There is no existing plan
I have identified a residential land in Kuils River and I have a plan of building 10 70m² properties on the land. These properties will have to be modern affordable homes, a 2 bedroom house that will have garage/parking space and then some room where one can put a granny flat if they choose. I need a figure of how much would material and labour cost for such project, from start to finish.
We would like to build a 4 bedroomed, double storey house, X2 Garages, x2 Bathrooms, X1 large living space. House to be build in rural area, in Sterkspruit, +/- kms from Bloemfontein. However, there's no building plans except just a piece of land to build on. All I need is an idea of how much such a property could cost, building plans, landscaping and construction. Would also appreciate your advice and guidance.

- Looking to have both my small bathrooms redone - Total tile change (floor and walls), paint change, light fitting change and blind change in both bathrooms - Family bathroom: move the shower to an over-the-bath shower for more space, move and replace the sink with something with more storage space, add a cabinet mirror for more storage space - En-suite: replace shower door (preferably with the glass from the family bathroom), move the toilet to the side slightly and replace the sink with a bigger one with storage, add a cabinet mirror for more storage space
