I would like a black metal frame gate with fibre cement panels that go vertically that are also black. Attached is an image for the gate. Note that you cannot see through the gate and that is how I would like it. The gate needs to be 3.5 meters wide and 2 metres tall. I would like the gate to come with all the security measures needed to make sure someone does not try break in.

The existing Double is of the 40 raised panel type single up and over and will remain in place until all new brickwork is completed 3 mtrs forward of existing door and new door to be fitted before removal of the old door. is a walled estate established for over 20 years it has currently got onsite guards 2 day 2 night patrolling access control by guards and call in verification of guests or contractors We are looking at improving off site monitoring / UFG tag or similar to allow owners access and 24 /hr monitoring with at least one guard day and night
Good day, we bought a property and cannot move in immediately. As we do have a company doing the fencing and security, we would need a company (24/7) once we take ownership of the property. This will be within the next week - 10 days. Even when we are waiting for the security company to install the system, we would need a company there before, during, and after. My wooden garden gate has perished and has always been too heavy for its frame. It is in direct sunlight all day and exposed to rain so I need advice on material. I think the frame is still ok, but may need to be reinforced into the wall. The dims of the gate itself are 80cm x cm. Photos attached. I can use the existing lock but the slot would need to be cut out. I can use the existing handles. The colour is a dark brown according to estate colours. It does not need to be completely solid; it can be slotted. I can stain it providing I am given advice as to which primer and stain should be used, dependant on material of the gate. The finished item would need to be hung/lock fitted. I am not looking for a high-end product, but certainly one that would last.

This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.
I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms.
