We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.
We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.
I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
looking for a simple yet sophisticated square-shaped design with some character, in addition to an A frame existing building without having to disrupt too much of the current roof but build in a way that the existing roof is not so visible, to go out on either side of the property by 2 meters with double garage.
Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost? The numbers do not have to be perfect; I just need information before hiring another dodgy architect. Thanks and regards, Glaser.
We would like a modern two between -sqm two storey house with entertainment area, stacked doors from lounge into entertainment area overlooking the pool Pantry in kitchen, with Laundry room Two rooms at the bottom with one with a ensuite, and then a guest bathroom which has a shower, two rooms upstairs which includes main bedroom with ensuite and closet and then office space too We would like a balcony with main bedroom and then a deck on top of a 4 car garage The plot size is sqm
We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. Everything else needs plans. Currently have a braai but needs to be broken down. Artificial grass to also be installed by the entertainment area.
The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. As I do not always have my phone with me I would appreciate a WhatsApp. A contractor has started the job but then ran off with the money without doing most of the work.
