I need a 4 bedroom house built for an affordable price on a plot in Benoni. We are looking for simple. Flat steel roof. modern squire simple design. Attached are some ideas. We will not be going for such big windows to save cost. However look the frame of the house. I am looking at having a 4 bedroom flat , The main bedroom will have an en suite .1 Bathroom , Kitchen ,lounge ,dinning room garage (bigger than a normal size garage) .I dont want any paving just bricks outside, the rooms inside will also need plastering and interior painting.
We would like to remodel the existing house and add to it. The face of the house would like it to be redone so that it looks beautiful then convert the existing house into a kitchen,dining and lounge. (currently we have a small kitchen , 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a small lounge) Then build on a new structure that will be attached to the old house to build 4 rooms with a small-medium office space , laundry room.
