Hi, I think the roots of the tree broke the sewer pipe. the property has 3 sewer drains. From Toilet pipe to Drain 1 - It's clear no blockage. From Drain 1 to Drain 2 - It's clear, no blockage. From Drain 2 to Drain 3 - This pipe seems to be broken. From Drain 3 to Government Drain - It's clear no blockage. An onsite survey can be arranged if required. Please let me know. Kind regards.

I have had a small claims hearing in Pinetown Magistrate to which the judge ruled in our favor, but because the defendant didn't show up for court the ruling is not being enforced as it is up to me to deliver the papers to him with a notice of the ruling. I am not able to do so as he doesn't work at the same address anymore and I can't locate a sheriff willing to deliver to his residential address. The judicial system is failing me completely. And no one at court can help me.

My Ex wife and I lived together and she false accused me of sexual assault. I was advised by the court to move our of the house and the case is ongoing. I was in prison for about 2/3 months and then released on bail. She has now tried to drop the charges but the court wont accept this and the case needs to continue.
I want Luxury Vinal Planking (lock-in/floating product), that looks good, is durable. It's for the Kitchen and Hallway, (of approximately 24 square meters) only. There is some cracking in the kitchen floor, which is currently tiled. I don't know if the tiles have to come out or if screeding can be done on top of the tiles. Skirting boards also have to be installed/replaced. There are 4 entrances that are carpet to tiles, in/from the hallway. And a toilet and a bathroom connects to the hallway. The kitchen door will probably have to be shortened. There is a 42cm X 96cm section of tiled floor (about 1 + 1/2cm thick) that will have to get evened out. And some of the tiles in the kitchen have small, loose pieces, because of the cracking.
